Step by Step
In this activity you will have the opportunity, for about 4 hours, to tour some of the most beautiful areas of Cappadocia in a jeep. Throughout the activity, you will be accompanied by an expert guide, from whom you will learn many interesting facts about the environment, culture and history of the places you will visit.
In Pigeon Valley, so called because of the many pigeons that inhabit it, you will be able to see some of the best views of the region, with its strange and surreal rock formations, and take spectacular photos to take home with you as a souvenir of an unforgettable experience.
You can also explore the Goreme Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its abundant natural beauty and excellent views. Here you can see Cappadocia's famous "fairy chimneys" , which are naturally sculpted stone pillars that rise from the ground in peculiar and whimsical shapes.
The valley is also famous for its cave churches . Over the centuries, Christians living in the region carved churches, chapels and monasteries into the volcanic rocks of the valley. These cave churches contain frescoes and paintings dating from the 10th to the 13th centuries depicting religious and biblical scenes.
In the valley itself you can enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch, which will allow you to discover some of the authentic local flavours, while relaxing in a serene and natural environment.
The Valley of Roses, also known as Rose Valley, is equally famous for its unique geological formations, whose pink colour gives the place its name. In Ortahisar, you can admire the beautiful stone streets of this picturesque village in the region, which stands in the shadow of the imposing Ortahisar Castle, which is carved into the rock at the top of the site .
At the end of the activity, you will be taken back to the original starting point, as it is a round trip. A wonderful opportunity to discover this beautiful region of Turkey and discover wonders carved by both nature and man's hand.
