Dallas Ghost Tour

With an expert guide, you'll get the chance to see some of Dallas' most notorious landmarks. You'll see the La Quinta Inn & Suites, formerly known as the Lawrence Hotel, a European-style building that was built in 1925. Here, you'll hear stories of the murders of people like Jack Jackson and Mr Brookshield, who was found with his throat slit open. In this same hotel, a supposed congressman who was never identified also committed suicide. The unusual thing about all these deaths is that they all took place on the tenth floor of the building and the killers were never found.

In the Dallas courtroom, you will learn the story of Lee Harvey Oswald, the alleged assassin of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Two days after the president's assassination and Oswald's arrest, Oswald was walking out of the courtroom doors on 24 November 1963. At this moment, on camera and live, Oswald was assassinated by a man named Jack Ruby. Ruby was a nightlife impresario with mob connections, but his motive for killing Oswald is unknown.

At the Old Red Museum, you will learn about the dark histories that give the place such a bad name. In the early 1900s, a thug was thrown from a third-floor window. The man survived, but was later lynched by the mob. Dozens of criminals were also executed here, and their ghosts are said to still live within its walls.

You will also visit historic Dealey Plaza and Grassy Knoll, key sites in the JFK assassination . The former was the place from which the president was shot, and the latter the place where he died.

You'll also pass the Sixth Floor Museum, dedicated to the life and work of JFK, where Kennedy's ghost, and even Oswald's own, are said to still roam.

One of the last places you'll see is a replica of the cabin of John Neely Brian, early settler of the Dallas area. The contrast of this old-looking structure and the modern buildings in the area will amaze you. But even more surprising are the stories behind this old building. Although you can't enter the building, the stories of the spirits that roam the building will leave you more than satisfied.
