During the food tour you'll have the chance to eat up to six dishes, including the famous fish & chips, a bacon and egg roll and the traditional sausage roll. The vast majority of the food will be sampled in Borough Market, although there is a selection of cheeses, figs and chutney to try in a traditional British pub. Accompanied, of course, by beers, although non-alcoholic drinks are also available.
And one of the big surprises of the tour is that at the end of the tasting, you will have a secret dish. This will not be revealed until the day of the tour.
