From your hotel in Gran Canaria you board an air-conditioned vehicle to enjoy this hiking activity in small groups of about 16 people. Accompanied by your guide, you will hike into the interior of the island until you reach the Caldera de Bandama, an impressive circular volcanic crater with large dimensions and steep walls.

You will visit Tejeda, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Here you will find a local market where you will have free time to buy or taste some typical local sweets. You can stroll through its cobbled streets and discover the different typical Canarian houses with their peculiar and famous balconies.

After your visit to the Canarian village you will make a brief stop at the Cruz de Tejeda viewpoint, a unique and privileged setting with breathtaking panoramic views of the interior. Throughout this trip your guide will take photographs of the whole experience so that at the end of the excursion you can take home a souvenir of your holiday.

You will continue the route with a pleasant walk through the Nublo Rural Park where you will be able to observe high pine forests, rock formations and emblematic natural monuments such as Roque Nublo and El Fraile.

Finally you will climb to the highest point of Gran Canaria, the Pico de las Nieves, and here you can enjoy the amazing sunset and the highest mountain of the island, the Morro de la Agujereada. With views of Nublo, Roque Bentayga and even Pico Teide, you will taste different local tapas and local wines .
