Step by Step
Experience a movie tour with a full-day excursion from Bilbao to the Game of Thrones filming locations on the Basque Coast.
A comfortable air-conditioned bus will transport you to the beaches and locations of the scenes from season 7 that depicted Dragonstone and King's Landing.
A local guide will accompany you on the tour and tell you interesting stories about the characters and the filming. You will visit places such as:
- Barrika: place where the scene was filmed when they try to make Tyrion leave King's Landing.
- San Juan de Gaztelugatxe Rocadragon: a small hermitage where Daenerys and Jon Snow meet for the first time.
- Itzurun Beach: Daenerys' real home, although in real life it is a beach that is over 60 million years old.
You will see other charming places that are not part of the series, such as Butron Castle, inspired by Bavarian castles, and Gernika-Lumo, a village in Biscay with an enchanting natural environment.
You will have the opportunity to take lots of souvenir photos with the capes and swords that are included in some locations and to stop for local food (costs not included).
Eventually, some of the locations may be closed due to weather conditions, but this will not affect the tour route.
