Step by Step

A bike tour of Verona is a very original way to explore the city. During the approximately 3 hours that the tour lasts, you will take a complete itinerary through the old town of Verona accompanied by an expert local guide.

You will visit the most emblematic places of the city and you will have the opportunity to discover why its architecture has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You'll pass iconic landmarks such as the Casa di Giulietta, known for Shakespeare's famous tragedy.

There will also be time to stop by some of the city's main tourist attractions, such as:

  • The Castelvecchio museum and medieval castle.
  • the Basilica di Zeno Maggiore, the man who always smiled
  • Piazza Bra, the largest and liveliest square in Verona
  • Ponte Pietra, the oldest bridge in the city, known for its Roman arch across the Adige River
  • Piazza delle Erbre, which in Roman times was the city's forum.

Please note that entrance fees to museums and monuments are not included, but you can arrange the visits with your guide. This flexibility is one of the advantages of the small group tour. You will also have the possibility of hiring a private tour for more exclusivity.

The tour includes bike rental and safety helmet. In addition, in case of light rain, a poncho will be provided to protect you from the water. In case of heavy rain, there is the possibility to do the tour on foot.

We loved the experience with my family, it was just us on the tour, but there were still 9 of us. We were able to see and take pictures at each stop while learning about the history of the monuments and sites.
