Venice Gondola Ride and Serenade

This gondola ride, for about 6 people, will take you along the Grand Canal of the city of Venice. It is the largest and most important of all and runs through the city, dividing it in two with its four kilometres of length. The Grand Canal at night offers a breathtaking view of the illuminated city. You can opt for an afternoon ride at sunset or at night with the city illuminated, for a unique experience.

This activity for groups of around 25 people will consist of eight gondolas and a singer on board one of them. On your shared ride in a group of gondolas, you will enjoy the company of musicians on board performing popular Italian songs. As you cruise along the vast canal, you can admire one of Italy's most important museums, which houses the famous Peggy Guggenheim Collection .

Located in the Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, this museum is one of Europe's most important museums of European and American art from the first half of the 20th century. Don't miss this Venice museum, and Peggy Guggenheim's personal collection, with masterpieces from the collection, a sculpture garden and temporary exhibitions.

From the water you will see the Accademia Bridge, one of Venice's most important crossings over the Grand Canal. This eye-catching 48-metre long bridge is the only wooden bridge in Venice, although it was originally made of iron.

During your tour you can admire monuments such as the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, a baroque temple built in the 18th century as an offering for the end of the Black Death. Inside this religious building you will find works by the artists Titian and Tintoretto, such as the famous painting of the "Wedding at Cana".
