Step by Step

This experience takes place in the home of a Roman family, within walking distance of San Pietro. By booking it you can enjoy a full menu with welcome aperitif, wine and dessert. Among the recipes you could try, you would find some of the most typical ones, such as:

  • Carciofi alla giudia: artichokes that are fried in very hot oil and sprinkled with salt.
  • Gnocchi all'amatriciana: served with a very tasty sauce based on guanciale (pork cheeks), tomatoes and pecorino romano cheese.
  • Tiramisù: has conquered the world thanks to its irresistible taste, the result of a combination of coffee, mascarpone and cocoa.
