Step by Step
In this activity you will have the opportunity, for about 1 hour, to get on a cruise and sail along the River Liffey, from where you will be able to see the whole city of Dublin. You'll cruise past the city's main sights and learn about the history and architecture of Ireland's capital from an expert guide.
Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to see iconic Dublin landmarks such as the Ha'penny Bridge, one of the city's most recognisable symbols, and the Custom House, an impressive neoclassical building on the north bank of the River Liffey. You'll also see the recently redeveloped Docklands, one of the city's most modern and vibrant areas.
During the cruise, you can also see other places of interest, such as theSamuel Beckett Bridge, a bridge designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava that resembles a giant harp, or the ship The Jeanie Johnston: An Irish Famine Story, which tells the story of Irish emigrants who fled the famine in the 19th century.
